ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) -- Train tracks near the Mill Run underpass in Altoona are back in service after a Norfolk Southern train derailment Friday afternoon. Emergency crews responded to the scene after the derailment happened at 1:15 p.m. Oct. 23 just before the underpass. 11 cars derailed from the train, four of which were tankers. [...]
